The 2nd annual Gratitude/Respect Dinner and Showcase for students, mentors and volunteers in the 21st CCLC is Monday, May 23rd, 6PM at the Priest River Events Center. Please let Betty Gardner or Michal Cole know if you are able to attend and the number in your party.  Students be sure to invite someone who has shown you kindness or respect so you can thank them.   If you want to showcase a talent please sign up in our office.

 

There are only 20 yearbooks left after the publisher sent us extra. Get yours now before they are ALL gone. Cost $60

 

2nd Annual Spartan Fest. This is our school wide end of the year party. WHEN Friday, June 3rd, 2016 @ 3pm-5pm after school WHERE PRLHS Football Field. The SKIVEE’S featuring our own Nick Rusho, Trevor Rusho, and Richard Biggs will  be performing. EVERYONE’S INVITED! PRLHS students, PRLHS  staff, and PRLHS Parents. ADVANCE  TICKETS $5 for event ticket +$2 for BBQ ticket. AT THE DOOR $7 for event ticket +$3 for BBQ ticket. ACTIVITIES: Concert, Slip n slide, Water balloon fight, Outdoor volleyball, Photobooth, & Other outdoor activities. TICKETS ON SALE DURING BOTH LUNCHES STARTING MAY 16TH

 

PRLHS Wood and Metal shop Auction And BBQ Fundraiser Is partnering with Spartan GEAR UP’S Professional Technical Night.  This year Priest River Lamanna High School is expanding our Annual Wood Shop Auction to include items from our Metal Shop as well. Those interested in attaining a career through professional-technical programs will have the opportunity to learn more about local programs as well as local businesses.  Don’t worry about dinner, we have a fundraiser BBQ outside planned as well! When:  Wednesday, May 25, 2016, What Time: 5:00 pm, Where: Priest River Lamanna High School Gym. Staff from schools offering professional-technical programs will be on hand to answer questions and provide information on the various professional-technical programs offered through their institutions.  Community members and local business owners will also be on hand to answer questions and provide information about the knowledge and skills necessary to become employed locally.

SENIORS:

Seniors!!! There are senior sweatshirts available for order. These are the ones with your signatures on the back. Orders are due May 23rd with funds attached. Cost is $30. We must have a minimum order of 40.

Seniors!!!  If you are going to NIC the Foundation Application is NOW available on the NIC website.  You WILL get an NIC foundation scholarship if you apply.  GUARANTEED!!!!

SPORTS:

Baseball awards Thursday, May 26th at 6:00 p.m. in the cafeteria.

Summer league boys basketball meeting after school Monday, May 23rd in the gym.

Wrestlers – bring in your wrestling gear and drop it off in the Athletics Office.

10-12 Graders are invited to the KCTC Career Day!  The Kalispel Community Training Center is promoting careers in the Pend Oreille River Valley.  Come spend the day in 4 sessions demonstrating career opportunities close to home.  See Christy Huling, the Spartan GEAR Up Coordinator, for more information and permission slips.
