Title IX
Title IX is a federal civil rights law that protects students and employees from discrimination based on sex in all educational programs and activities that receive federal funding. This includes ensuring equal access to academic programs, athletics, and extracurricular activities, as well as addressing concerns related to sexual harassment, sexual misconduct, and retaliation. Our district is committed to responding promptly and appropriately to all Title IX concerns in order to maintain a safe, respectful, and equitable learning and working environment for our school community.
